Brand Refresh

However, your branding and support materials feel out-of-date visually or functionally. An example of this might be that your logo is not formatted for social media or your typefaces/fonts are not suitable for web applications.
Note: A Brand Refresh is distinctly different than a Rebrand in that a Brand Refresh is a light, aesthetic and performative upgrade to a healthy existing brand, whereas a rebrand is an intensive process of shifting public sentiment and restructuring of the goals/mission of a brand.

It all begins with a conversation and establishing your goals. Whether you are just starting out, or are an established business ready for a reboot, we are here to make you look good. Below is an overview of the process and what to expect from us.
How It Works
Initial Consultation
After contacting us, we will have a phone, zoom or in-person conversation to understand your objectives.
Phase 1-Engagement of Services
If all parties wish to proceed, there will be a contract which establishes a timeline for each phase of the design process, payment schedule and deliverables. We use an intake questionnaire for you to fill out that begins the design dialogue—what you like, what you don’t like and other information related to your business goals and brand.

Phase 2-Initial Drafts
At this phase, based on the questionnaire that you have submitted and our conversation, we will generate initial drafts for review. This is a great time to be able to make big moves or reconsider your objectives.
Phase 3-Secondary Drafts
Your designs are coming to life! Further refinements and choices are made.
—40% invoiced
Phase 4-Tertiary Choices
The work is essentially complete. At this point you are signing off on your designs. You always have the option to add-on another round of revisions. This is true until you are completely satisfied. Note: additional rounds of revisions are an a la carte add-on charge.
—20% invoiced
Deliverables
